Question about selling

You do not need to be represented by an agent or third party to list on the site. Private sellers and landlords can list their properties on the site if they have legal ownership or a sub-let agreement. Estate agents and businesses can also advertise.

Yes you can. You can upload as many properties as you like and manage them individually through your account. You can add, pause, or delete your adverts.

Yes, you can change the status of a property through your account. Once logged in, click on your profile icon at the top right of the page, go to Properties, Edit and click the Action button on the property you would like to amend. Scroll down to Status where a drop-down selection will appear.

No, it’s not a mandatory field. However, if you do not select an option, your property won’t be listed under the unique search function. It will only appear in a location search using the search bar or under the residential/ commercial properties section.

It is completely free for the first 100 residential properties and the first 100 commercial properties. Once that target is hit, there will be an upfront low-cost and one-off fee to advertise. The prices are listed on the site as you go to create a listing.
