A little about me – Founder and Managing Director

Kim Lawton

From a young age, I’ve been passionate about property, completing several successful projects since I was 22. But I always felt something was missing in the UK market for selling or renting properties, whether residential or commercial. After 10 years, I finally figured it out and wanted to share it with the community, offering money-saving tips and greater freedom for anyone buying, selling, or moving.

My goal isn’t just to work in the real estate industry—it’s to transform it. I’ve gained experience in various roles, from restoring and renovating to designing, marketing, and selling homes across Lincolnshire. However, my full-time role as a senior HR professional has kept me from fully committing. Until I can make real estate my main focus, I’ll continue flipping houses and expanding my knowledge.
